● "Die-casting machine injection numerical control system" is a cost-effective automation solution proposed for the traditional die-casting machine handwheel adjustment injection system can not realize the automatic control, curve display, parameter saving and management of the injection process

● The system consists of four parts: GastGraph injection measurement and control software running on the human-machine interface, RTDC data acquisition controller, cartridge valve CNC regulator, and sensor. Sensors include: pressure sensors, displacement sensors and Clamping Force sensors.

    ● Automatic control function of injection parameters

    The user sets the injection parameters through the man-machine interface, and the system automatically adjusts the Injection Position, injection speed and injection pressure according to the set value.

    ● Management function of injection parameters

    The process parameters are managed according to the mold number, and the mold can be created, the mold can be saved, the mold can be called up, and the mold can be deleted.

    ● Injection curve display function

    The displayed shot curves include: Injection Position, shot velocity, and shot pressure. It has the functions of accurate measurement curve, historical curve storage and query, standard curve, contrast display, overlap display and so on.

    ● Automatic extraction, display and statistical analysis of injection parameters

    The displayed injection parameters include: slow injection speed, fast injection speed, fast Injection Stroke, filling time, build-up time, boost pressure, cycle time.

    ● Closed-loop control function of injection speed

    The user directly sets the injection speed, and the system adjusts the "cartridge valve numerical control regulator" according to the feedback value of the injection speed, so that the actual injection speed is consistent with the user’s set value.

    ● Clamping Force display and control function

    The system has 4 Clamping Force sensors, which display the change of Clamping Force in real time through the human-machine interface, and realize automatic adjustment of Clamping Force.
