Zinc alloy vertical die-casting machine

The following characteristics are added to the fast chamber die casting machine:
1. The main difference in use: the vertical machine is more suitable for die-casting some insert die-casting products (easy to operate) and products with high requirements for product density and dynamic balance.
2. Specific vertical injection structure, the mold is installed horizontally, and the die-casting product is filled horizontally, compared with the bedroom machine, the alloy solution is not affected by gravity, and the product density will be more uniform;
3. The injection chamber is placed vertically, after the molten metal is poured into the injection chamber, the gas and slag are on the upper surface of the molten metal, and the gas inside the mold and the scum in the molten metal are easier to be discharged in the process of injection filling;
